Roman Schramm's exhibition, entitled "Permission," will introduce his new artistic approach for the first time.
This collection of artworks is crafted from diverse materials, including papier mâché, photographs, latex, resin, acrylic, and oil paint.
The exhibition is linked to the experience of giving oneself permission. Just as the theater is a place of permission (Julyen Hamilton), here there is a permission to imagine and feel with and from the pictures in front of you. Sensing them in different ways, with the body; or into other realms: ideas, feelings, rationalities, logic, comprehension, miscomprehension, and understanding along with non-rational, non-linear things.
